Hi.Love the caps. Bought my first one in a shop in Ireland. Wanted 2 more after return to US. So looked up company label inside cap and ordered 2 from heritage traditions, but was SO disappointed that you shipped them in a soft bag so they were incredibly smashed and wrinkled. Been having a hard time getting wrinkles out. Looking up videos on YouTube to help me. Can’t you ship them in small boxes instead? I probably will not order from you guys again because of the way you ship them.

I cannot get enough of Heritage Traditions flat caps! And “The Glen” is my new favorite. Stylish and comfortable, the only complaint I had was I could not decide between that rich forest green or that deep onyx black…..so I compromised and ordered them both! Lastly I will say I was a bit nervous about the over seas shipping but my new caps arrived quickly and in great shape. Looking forward to my next order!
