Nice quality , great value , quick delivery , many thanks , George
I’m very happy with my purchase. Cap fits well, linen fabric is stylish and comfortable. Perfect for our Australian Spring weather. I also like the delivery tracking info available as the parcel made its way from halfway round the world to my doorstep. Very professional service.
I got a pair in England. We never found them again and my traveling partner really wanted a pair. I got her 2 they got here really quickly.
Last year in Scotland I bought a Heritage Traditions herringbone tweed cap which I love. My favourite cap. Great fit, great manufacturing, great quality. It has a quilted inner lining with a large square Heritage Traditions label sewn into it. Back here in Australia I decided to buy another one online. What I have received is a completely different version with tweed ear flaps which look kind of ridiculous. Even worse, the quality is not the same - no quilted inner lining, no stylish Heritage Traditions sewn label, the peak is bigger and the overall fit is more bulky and crude. It looks like a not particularly well made copy of my original. Sorry guys, I love the first cap and hate the second. Call me gullible, but I would order again if you can guarantee me I will receive that first version of the tweed herringbone cap.
Hi Harry,
Thank you for the feedback.
Are you able to send an image of both hats? The reason I ask is, our tweed ear flat caps don’t come in a herringbone finish. They are much thicker so don’t have the same lining inside and the ear flaps are specifically for winter wear. Whereas our herringbone tweed caps are a different style, different fabric and different finish altogether. Is it possible you have ordered a different cap?
If you’re able to send over some images, we will be able to advise better and would be more than happy to correct any errors we have made.
Thanks,
Sam
