Hi Giampiero, I searched for any emails from you regarding delivery but I couldn't find anything. Have you contacted us about this? We would never have known otherwise I'm afraid. I checked the tracking number we provided you which I'll send via email again. But the courier attempted delivery on 17th Oct and as no one was available, they are now waiting on further instructions from you to attempt redelivery. I hope this helps. Thanks
Just like my old hat that I lost. Nice fit and nice looking!
The collar and lead arrived quickly and well packaged.
Ordering from ROI there was a custom charge to be paid which we were not aware of.
The colour and quality are nice but only one side of the collar and lead are covered in tweed. While that is practical for the collar it does not look good on the lead.
